The Force Awakens Viewing

Thanks to Josh and April for hosting a fun evening at their house. We watched the Dr. Strange, X-Men Apocalypse, and of course the Rogue One trailers before diving into TFA!

Force Awakens Discussion Group

We braved the cold and met and discussed the new Star Wars movie.  Many topics were covered. After a lot of discussion, we hunkered down and came up with our own Top Ten Great Quotable Star Wars Quotes. There is a lot of great dialogue in the movie, but these are the top quotes we are sure we will be saying, and sometimes shouting, at each other.

  1. Chewie…We’re Home
  2. We’ll use the Force.
  3. That’s not how the Force WORKS!
  4. BEN!
  5. TRAITOR!
  6. Who talks first.
  7. The droid stole a freighter.
  8. I can fly anything.
  9. Women always find out the truth. Always.
  10. I never ask that question until after I’ve done it.

Honorable mentions go to:

  1. When was the second time.
  2. Oh, you’re cold.
  3. These are your first steps.
  4. Where’s my boyfriend
  5. The garbage will do.
You will never find a more fun hive of scum and villany.

You will never find a more fun hive of scum and villainy.

The Force Awakens Discussion Group

It’s been out and everybody’s seen the beginning of the next trilogy. It’s time Chicago Force has a sit-down, face to face discussion on the likes and dislikes of The Force Awakens.
We’ll be meeting in Macy’s on State Street, Lower Level Food Court at 1pm on Sunday, January 10th. Conveniently located near all the ‘L’ lines and Metra.

Star Wars Episode VII – With Update!

Tonight tickets will go on sale for a live-action Star Wars film for the first time in ten years. Chicago Force has thought long and hard on what would be the best way to see this actual sequel to the Original Trilogy. So we are asking you to join us to see the movie marathon at Rosemont 18. Please buy your ticket tonight to the marathon tonight and we will have more to announce as the movie gets closer.

Update 10/20! Rosemont 18 was on Fandango to sell the tickets, but because of the online troubles, they took them off. You can buy marathon tickets by going to the box office.
