C2E2 Shananigans
C2E2 2016 was another great time. A lot of time was spent meeting up with old friends, making new ones, shopping, admiring costumes, and of course, pizza. Here’s some of the Star Wars fun we saw and had.
Pop Culture then Pizza!
What’s the best way to unwind after C2E2? With some pizza of course!
Couldn’t go? Well the best way to pick you up is with pizza!
Join us at seven o’clock at the Lou Malnatti’s at 805 S State Street to decompress and tell us about your day.

Force Awakens Discussion Group
We braved the cold and met and discussed the new Star Wars movie. Many topics were covered. After a lot of discussion, we hunkered down and came up with our own Top Ten Great Quotable Star Wars Quotes. There is a lot of great dialogue in the movie, but these are the top quotes we are sure we will be saying, and sometimes shouting, at each other.
- Chewie…We’re Home
- We’ll use the Force.
- That’s not how the Force WORKS!
- BEN!
- TRAITOR!
- Who talks first.
- The droid stole a freighter.
- I can fly anything.
- Women always find out the truth. Always.
- I never ask that question until after I’ve done it.
Honorable mentions go to:
- When was the second time.
- Oh, you’re cold.
- These are your first steps.
- Where’s my boyfriend
- The garbage will do.
The Force Awakens Discussion Group
It’s been out and everybody’s seen the beginning of the next trilogy. It’s time Chicago Force has a sit-down, face to face discussion on the likes and dislikes of The Force Awakens.
We’ll be meeting in Macy’s on State Street, Lower Level Food Court at 1pm on Sunday, January 10th. Conveniently located near all the ‘L’ lines and Metra.
Life Day Party 2015
We eat some great food, watched Episodes 4 through 6, watched a great Carrie Fisher interview, opened gifts, stole gifts, and talked a lot. Another great Life Day for us.
